Matter Intake

Practice Manager provides the most advanced and flexible event and criteria-based case intake tools available, allowing organizations to create new Matter/Cases based on select criteria. Organizations can elect to have a minimal number of items required to create and open a Matter/Case, auto-assigning case numbers and assignment of the Matter/Case. Intakes are created based on User, Law and Matter/Case type, and are wholly configurable based on the implementation requirements of each customer.

Matter/Case Management

At the core of Practice Manager is functionality to provide one place to manage all details associated with a Matter/Case or Entity. Every piece of information — notes, contact information, case development information, legal research, correspondence, pleadings, evidence, court calendars, task lists, statutes of limitations and other critical deadlines, time and expense entries, budgets, and emails — is automatically placed in the appropriate electronic case file.
