Email Correspondence (Groupware)
Groupware, is how Practice Manager defines email. Create, send, and save email and attachments within a particular Matter/Case. A simple option allows users to create and send emails directly from the Matter/Case with no need to add a subject line, as the system automatically pulls the case name and number into the email. Once sent, emails are saved within the Matter/Case for future reference. Additionally, users can simply drag-and-drop incoming emails and attachments directly into the Matter/Case while all emails remain in the specific Matter/Case even if they are deleted from your email program.
