Calendaring
Practice Manager provides users options to easily choose between an enterprise-wide or individual desktop calendars, providing two ways to track and organize tasks, appointments and critical deadlines. Enterprise-wide calendaring allows users to view every appointment, task, critical date, court event or scheduled phone call associated with a particular case, entity, attorney, or area of law. The Desktop view provides users a quick snapshot of their individual schedule, the Matters/Cases they have worked on recently and Matters/Cases that have had no activity. Display only user personal information or share access with supervisors or teams. Additionally, Practice Manager provides a controlled bi-directional integration with calendar functions in Microsoft Exchange Server with Outlook®.
Practice Manager allows for two different methods of authentication: Sequel Authentication, requiring a user name and password, or Windows Authentication which uses the Windows account associated with a specific user log-in.
