Workflow plans can automate the scheduling of activities — critical dates, appointments, tasks and court events — and the production of work by facilitating the creation of documents, emails and time slips and executing other functions triggered at a specific phase of the workflow. Users can further standardize the process by creating Workflow templates to use in similar Matter/Cases-types, whether civil or criminal, to ensure compliance with speedy trial or other procedural limitations.
